Business Law Associate Attorney

We are seeking a 2 to 4 years experienced Associate Attorney to join the Corporate/Business Law team. Opportunity to handle corporate and transactional matters with significant client interaction, strong growth potential, and a collaborative practice environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle business, corporate, and transactional legal matters.

• Assist with commercial real estate transactions as needed.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.

• Advise and communicate effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Contribute to practice development while delivering high quality legal services.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business, corporate, and transactional law.

• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Active Virginia Bar admission required.
