Prestige Staffing is searching for a Front Office Manager for a direct hire role with excellent benefits. The Manager oversees daily front desk and call center operations while actively supporting the team. This is a working manager role, spending at least 50% of the time assisting with check in/out, scheduling, and phone coverage. The ideal candidate is someone who has a high attention to detail and wants to get to know the patients in the office.

Details:
- Full-time Monday - Friday 7:15am - 4:15pm
- Onsite daily in the Sandy Springs area of Atlanta
- Manage a team of 15 employees
- Reports to the Practice Manager and the managing physician
- Pay is $70-80K based on experience
- Excellent benefit package
- Must have worked in primary care, internal medicine, family practice or urgent care within the last 7 years
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of medical front office experience
- 2 years in a lead or supervisory role managing the front office
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Epic experience required
- Knowledge of insurance verification, patient billing, and scheduling workflows.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and team-building abilities.
- Desire to get to know the patients in the office and work side by side with staff to train on the desk and help out
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support front office and call center staff, including scheduling, training, hiring, and performance coaching
- Lead by example by assisting with patient check in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound patient calls as needed
- Ensure high standards of patient service, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Serve as the first point of escalation for patient concerns or scheduling issues
- Coordinate with clinical, billing, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage provider schedules in Epic, including templates, blocks, and preferences
- Review time off requests and adjust coverage to meet operational needs
- Review daily deposits, reconciliations, and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice policies
