1st Shift Maintenance Laborer

Job Description:
This position is responsible for performing semi-skilled building and grounds maintenance, which includes handling minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs alongside preventive maintenance on A/C units. Additionally, the role involves manual labor tasks such as operating motorized equipment, landscaping, heavy moving, and executing daily housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean facility.

Must have High School Diploma or GED and 1 - 2 years experience

location: Ormond Beach, FL
work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

• up to 35 lbs. (medium lifting)

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
