Machine Operator

Ambassador Personnel is now hiring 3rd Shift Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing client in Huntersville, NC!

These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities starting at $18 to $19.00 per hour. Candidates must be available to complete up to three months of paid training on 1st shift before transitioning to the overnight schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up machines according to production instructions.

- Ensure quality standards are met independently.

- Monitor production to quickly identify and address malfunctions.

- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

- Accurately package and document goods.

- Facilitate effective shift handovers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Basic language skills to read safety and operating documents.

- Basic math skills and troubleshooting abilities.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently. The role involves standing, walking, and various tasks.
