\n\n Schedule: NIGHTS 2-2-3 (12 hr) 6pm start\n

\n\n
\n This type of operation plays an important role in the beverage supply chain by ensuring that packaging materials arrive on time for production and that finished products are stored and shipped efficiently to distributors and retailers. \n
\n- \n
- Receiving empty aluminum cans and glass bottles from suppliers for customers such as Rocky Mountain Metal Container (RMME) and Coors. \n
- Loading outbound trucks with finished ("live") product, ensuring shipments are delivered safely and on schedule. \n
- Storing finished beverages for customers such as Avery Brewing Company until they are ready for distribution. \n
- Operating forklifts to unload, load, stage, and move pallets throughout the warehouse. \n
- Managing inventory using warehouse management systems, scanning products, and maintaining accurate stock records. \n
- Following food-grade warehouse standards, including product quality, cleanliness, and safety procedures. Odyssey's warehousing services are designed for aluminum packaging and beverage logistics, including just-in-time delivery, quality control, and inventory management. \n

\n\n Job Duties \n
\n- \n
- Overall responsibility for material handling (Aluminum cans and glass bottles ) \n
- Receive product via railcar and truckload, includes scanning and putting away locations in the warehouse (Dunnage coils/paper) \n
- Pick orders which include staging and scanning. \n
- Load material in outbound trailers which includes trailer inspections (trucks can hold 22-26 pallets of x 8,170 glass or aluminum cans per pallet) \n
- Maintain 100% inventory integrity (compare pallet ticket to manifest - must have minimal damage and waste). \n
- Accurately record and submit product locations. (each item/vendor has a specific area in warehouse) \n
- Record and submit location changes. \n
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment including cleaning and maintaining forklift/clamp equipment. \n
- Accurately maintain all SOPs, documents, and procedures as required. \n
- Scan products into and out of Abecas system when required using our barcoding scanners. \n
- Make sure all paperwork is given to the office for processing. \n
- Daily Building Checklist – perform all tasks assigned daily. \n

\n\n Requirements\n
\n- \n
- Forklift operating certificate (active) preferred but will recertify onsite if expired. If active certification bring a copy of certification. \n
- Steel Toed Shoes \n
- Candidate must be able/willing to support warehouse general functions as needed. Role is primarily a fork lift operator role but there could be instances where support in the warehouse is required. \n
