Construction Superintendent

Job Title: Superintendent

Location: Brownsville, TX

Compensation: $58/hour, daily per diem available for those traveling in.

Employment Type: 13 weeks, possible extensions

Schedule: Nightshift (6pm - 6:30am) , 6x12s

Requirements:

\n
• 7+ years leading large industrial construction projects
\n
• Superintendent or General Foreman experience
\n
• Strong background in heavy structural steel construction
\n
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
\n
• Comfortable coordinating multiple contractor crews simultaneously
\n
• Safety-focused leader
\n
• Welding or Ironworker background preferred
\n
• Rigging and crane operations experience highly desirable
\n

Day to Day:

\n
• Coordinate all nightshift construction activities
\n
• Lead contractor supervisors and foremen
\n
• Coordinate structural steel, welding, piping, and mechanical work
\n
• Oversee crane picks and rigging operations
\n
• Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met
\n
• Resolve field coordination issues
\n
• Track project progress
\n
• Communicate turnover with day leadership
\n
• Utilize project software for reporting and documentation
\n
