\n\n What You'll Do\n

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, PLC, conveyor, and facility equipment \n
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently \n
- Support equipment upgrades and improvement projects \n
- Maintain spare parts inventory and recommend needed supplies \n
- Assist with training and daily maintenance operations \n
\n What We're Looking For\n
\n- \n
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience \n
- At least 3 years of PLC troubleshooting experience \n
- Strong electrical and mechanical repair skills \n
- Experience with conveyors, motors, industrial washers, and facility maintenance \n
- Technical training or certifications are a plus \n
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills \n
