General Labor– Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Pay Range: $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed

Job Summary:
Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring dependable General Labor associates for a manufacturing facility in Byron Center. This position supports daily production operations in a fast-paced environment and offers long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general production and assembly tasks
- Load and unload materials
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Support supervisors and team members as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
