Location: Sutter, CA (On-site)

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Branch Manager for our construction industry client to start immediately at $130,000/annually DOE. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

• Lead daily field operations, overseeing crews and equipment for safety and efficiency
• Manage branch activities including training, staffing, inventory, and performance
• Coordinate project scheduling and equipment deployment to meet deadlines and budget targets
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and municipalities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including DOT and workplace safety practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in construction/field operations
• 5+ years in traffic control, safety operations, or related industry
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, financial management, and operational reporting
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

• Construction management, engineering, and operational management
• Traffic control and safety operations, including traffic control devices and DOT specifications
• Financial management, forecasting, billing, and performance reporting
• Inventory management and procurement
• Customer relationship management, permit acquisition, and regulatory compliance
