Plastic Surgery Office Manager / Cosmetic Surgical Patient Coordinator

Help Build and Grow a Premier Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Practice

Are you an experienced Plastic Surgery Office Manager or Cosmetic Surgical Patient Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? Do you enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the growth of a successful practice?

We're looking for a polished, energetic, and highly organized professional to take on a key leadership role in a thriving Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice. As the practice continues to grow, we're seeking someone who is excited to help elevate the patient experience while playing an active role in expanding the practice.

This is much more than a traditional office management position—you'll be a trusted partner in the practice's continued success, helping guide cosmetic surgery patients through their journey while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cosmetic surgery patients, guiding them from consultation through surgery and post-operative care.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and deliver a concierge-level experience.
  • Coordinate consultations, surgical scheduling, and patient communications.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
  • Help develop strategies to grow the cosmetic side of the practice through outstanding patient care and relationship building.
  • Work closely with the physician to improve office workflows and enhance the patient experience.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a plastic surgery or aesthetic surgery practice is required.
  • Experience as a Plastic Surgery Office Manager, Cosmetic Surgical Patient Coordinator, or Aesthetic Practice Manager is strongly preferred.
  • Outgoing, confident, and personable with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Able to think quickly, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, mature, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable discussing cosmetic procedures and building rapport with prospective patients.
  • Passion for delivering a luxury, concierge-style patient experience.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
