LHH is partnering with a respected organization in Houston, Texas, to identify a professional and customer-focused Receptionist. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the face of an office, creating positive first impressions, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional experience from arrival to departure
  • Answer and route incoming calls while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage guest check-in procedures and direct visitors appropriately
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
  • Schedule meetings and assist with conference room coordination
  • Support administrative projects including filing, scanning, and document preparation
  • Monitor office supply inventory and assist with replenishment requests
  • Provide general clerical support to various departments as needed
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a dependable team member
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: DOE
  • Location: Houston, TX
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
