Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification required
• Dyslexia certification is highly preferred
• Candidates with current SPED certification may be considered for on-the-job dyslexia training (note: training costs and compensation for training days are not covered)
• Previous experience working with students with learning differences or dyslexia is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students with special educational needs, focusing on dyslexia support
• Develop, adapt, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to diverse learning styles
