Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or immediate eligibility
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse student population

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress using school-based systems
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Educate staff and families about speech-language disorders and strategies for classroom support
