This part-time opportunity, spanning from September through December, focuses on elementary students and a select group of middle schoolers in a vibrant educational setting near Cambridge, MA.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current OT license in Massachusetts
  • Experience in educational or pediatric settings, especially working with elementary and middle school students
  • Understanding of school-based therapy practices and IEP processes
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments tailored to each student’s unique needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and progress goals

  • Document session notes and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements
  • Provide resources and strategies for teachers to facilitate classroom participation
  • Occasionally consult with middle school students as part of a varied caseload
