Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a full-time School Psychologist supporting a dedicated early childhood team. This in-person position is crafted for professionals eager to make a difference for 3- and 4-year-old learners, offering the chance to shape the foundational years of education.
As a valued member of the team, you will conduct essential play-based and developmental screenings, participate in initial IEPs, and offer ongoing support. Your expertise will provide young children with the resources they need for a successful start, all within a collaborative school environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current PEL (Professional Educator License) required
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood (ages 3–4)
- Ability to manage play-based assessments and screenings
- Skilled in IEP development and student support
- Effective communicator with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to in-person work, full-time schedule (8:00 AM–3:30 PM)
In This Role, You Will:
- Complete screenings and play-based assessments for early childhood students
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initial IEPs
- Offer day-to-day support as needed to students and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families
- Participate in orientation (August 11th–12th) before the school year begins (August 14th–May 28th)
