Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as an OT in California
- Prior experience (or strong interest) working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt approaches for diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite OT services to students across K-12 caseload
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement student-centered therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
- Provide therapeutic interventions designed to support academic and social success
