Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP License
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCCs) strongly preferred; clinical fellows (CFs) may also be considered
  • Prior school-based experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Dedication to fostering student progress through individualized therapeutic support

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across K-12 grades
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and required reports
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student learning and achievement
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and school-wide initiatives as needed
