What we’re looking for:

• Valid and current School Psychologist license in Minnesota
• Demonstrated experience working within school environments (strongly preferred)
• Understanding of best practices in assessments, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered support

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret assessments for students requiring academic, behavioral, or emotional support
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized plans for students as needed
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and 504 meetings alongside school teams
• Deliver consultation and recommendations to staff and parents
• Promote positive school climates and help implement preventive mental health strategies
• Travel between two sites as scheduled
• Maintain clear and confidential records in compliance with school policies
