What You'll Do

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Serve as the primary communication hub between account teams, production, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and installation.

  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations through clear communication, status updates, and project meetings.

  • Track project budgets, monitor costs against approved purchase orders, and support financial reconciliation at project completion.

  • Manage project scope changes, ensuring schedule and financial impacts are communicated to internal teams and customers.

  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting critical deadlines.

  • Promote collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and adherence to workplace safety policies.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Account Management, Business Communications, or a related role.

  • Experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, or production control.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and MRP systems.

  • Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects in a design-to-build manufacturing environment.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations, logistics, and cross-functional production processes.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
