\n Verstela is looking for a Contingent Onsite Supervisor to support 2nd shift Recruiting and\n
\n employee management at Rehrig, a new Buckeye facility. This position will be through Verstela onsite\n
\n at Rehrig. \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n This role is Contingent with potential to become permanent. This unique Onsite Supervisor position involves overseeing a team of candidates and\n
\n collaborating closely with branch team to ensure both client and candidate satisfaction. \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Your strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success. Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you be successful, as this role does include a lot of communication, including having difficult conversations and being able to deliver tough news with kindness and empathy.\n
\n
\n
Onsite Supervisor Job duties:\n
\n
    \n
  • Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
    • \n
  • Support with performance conversations alongside the leadership team
    • \n
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise efficiently and effectively
    • \n
  • Manage timecards, PPE and candidate profiles
    • \n
  • Conduct new employee orientations and on-boarding
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n Schedule: Onsite at Rehrig \n
\n
    \n
  • Monday-Thursday 2PM-12AM (10hr shifts, some OT required)
    • \n
\n
\n Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour DOE\n
\n
\n
\n Onsite Supervisor requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1+ years of supervisory (lead) experience preferably in a warehouse environment
    • \n
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish
    • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • \n
  • MS Office proficiency
    • \n
  • Proven experience in performance management
    • \n
  • Recruiting experience required
    • \n
