Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a night shift position. This role involves providing respiratory care and support to patients in an acute care setting, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer nebulizers and CPAP/BIPAP treatments.
\n
• Operate and manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment.
\n
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analyses.
\n
• Educate patients and families about respiratory therapy and proper equipment use.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare team members regarding patient care and treatment plans.
\n

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

\n
• Current RRT credential.
\n
• Current VA State License.
\n
• Current BLS certification.
\n
• ICU experience is highly preferred.
\n
