We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting efforts and attract top talent across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, managing the applicant process, and ensuring compliance with all employment laws and hiring practices. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience recruiting within industries such as transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, or food service.
Pay Rate: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
Travel: Up to 25%

- Support the implementation of recruitment strategies to identify and attract top external talent.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruiting plans.
- Build and maintain applicant pipelines through colleges, recruiting agencies, online job boards, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, verifying references, and matching qualifications to job requirements.
- Oversee the hourly employee applicant intake process.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and position data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Collect and analyze recruiting metrics to improve sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Assist with workforce planning initiatives, staffing forecasts, and talent acquisition metrics.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc recruiting reports.
- Ensure all recruiting and hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, including affirmative action
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to meet staffing goals.
- Contribute to additional HR and talent acquisition projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or a human resources-related role.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment required.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Recruiting experience in transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, or food service industries.
- Multi-lingual skills highly preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Experience with workforce planning tools and recruitment analytics.
