Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from a NASP-approved program
  • Authorized School Psychologist credential/licensure for Colorado (or eligibility)
  • In-depth knowledge of assessment tools, counseling, and intervention strategies
  • Experience with MTSS/RTI and data-driven decision-making strongly preferred
  • Effective communicator with students, families, and staff
  • Capacity to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral assessments
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed
  • Consult with staff and families to address barriers to learning and promote positive behaviors
  • Support the development and implementation of prevention and early intervention initiatives
  • Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
