This contract position is designed for someone eager to share expertise and foster development, with approximately 6 hours of direct supervision and 6 hours of indirect oversight provided across three trimesters for an SLP Clinical Fellow. Compensation for this assignment ranges from $50 to $60 per hour, reflecting the importance of your experience and guidance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC-SLP) required
  • Demonstrated experience in a school-based SLP setting
  • Previous experience supervising SLP Clinical Fellows preferred
  • Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Effective communication, mentoring, and evaluation skills
  • Collaborative mindset and dedication to continual learning

Responsibilities:

  • Provide structured, supportive supervision as outlined by clinical fellowship requirements, ensuring best practices and compliance with all guidelines
  • Conduct regular observations, feedback sessions, and progress documentation for the assigned CF
  • Maintain detailed supervision logs and reports to support the CF’s certification process
  • Serve as a resource for clinical problem-solving and professional growth
