Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license (CCC-SLP preferred) for the state
  • Experience providing therapy in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and VOCO services is a plus
  • Previous supervision experience or interest in overseeing an SLPA
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services to elementary-aged students on a caseload of about 80
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting student needs
  • Collaborate with educational teams, families, and administrators
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
