Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Heflin, AL
Location: Heflin, Alabama
Position Type: Full-Time (30 Hours Per Week)
Pay: Hourly pay starting at $40 (Negotiable based on experience)
Caseload: Pre-K through 6th Grade
Soliant Health is partnering with a welcoming school district in Heflin, Alabama, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity allows you to work with students from Pre-K through 6th grade, helping them build strong communication skills that support academic achievement and lifelong success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for Pre-K through 6th grade students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Alabama SLP license.
- Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
