Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license appropriate for school settings (CCC required)
  • Previous experience in school-based SLP roles or working with EC and elementary populations preferred
  • Strong collaboration skills and an engaging, supportive communication style
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work settings
  • Dedication to evidence-based intervention and data-driven progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to Early Childhood and Elementary students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Assess and document student progress toward communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
