Job Description

Three positions are available, and you’ll primarily be engaged with elementary caseloads at a vibrant educational community.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education (elementary level required)
- Current or eligible behavior endorsements
- Experience addressing a range of classroom behavior and learning needs
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and work cooperatively with families, support staff, and administration
- Excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction and behavioral strategies tailored to elementary learners
- Design and implement effective classroom management plans that support positive behavior
- Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and maintain detailed, compliant documentation
- Collaborate closely with instructional teams to foster an inclusive, supportive school environment
- Engage with families and caregivers on student progress and interventions
