• Active licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter
• EIPA score of 3.5 or above, or possession of RID certification (either credential is acceptable)
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, with 35 hours per week onsite
• Professional commitment to punctuality and preparedness ahead of student arrival
• Previous experience in a school setting or with elementary students is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Provide clear, accurate sign language interpretation for students in instructional and school-related settings
• Support communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students and teachers, staff, and peers
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism within the school
• Prepare daily to meet the unique needs of assigned students, ensuring readiness before the start of the school day
