Job Description
We are looking to fill an Accounting Manager with a large and stable organization in Carrollton, TX. The Accounting Manager will ensure accurate financials, act as a business partner to other divisions within the company, lead and develop staff and help create and maintain an environment of efficiency.

This position pays 120K-125K+Bonus and offers a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain the general ledger, tracking assets, liabilities, expenses, and revenues

· Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close and financial reporting

· Assist internal and/or external auditors with periodic audits

· Provide appropriate level of guidance and development for direct reports

· Provide financial statement guidance to Operations

· Review financial data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

· Ensure that appropriate internal controls and compliance processes are followed

· Makes recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities

· Assist the Controller and Assistant Controller with projects and required research

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Bachelor degree in Accounting

· CPA license is a plus

· Minimum 5-7 years related experience including supervisory/management experience

· Large and/or public company is strongly preferred but not required

· Working knowledge of GAAP

· Proven ability to systematically enhance processes and drive improvements

· Experience in large ERP systems is preferred

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $124,999.00 per year
