Pay Range: $17 -18 based on experience
Shift: 1st Shift, 7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday, with overtime as needed

Job Summary:
Integrity Trade Services is currently hiring dependable Paint Prep associates for a manufacturing facility in Kentwood, Mi.. This position supports daily production operations in a fast-paced environment and offers long-term opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Review all products prior to and after painting to ensure that it will meet quality standards as finished product.
- Maintaining paint department housekeeping and the safety of the paint booth and paint equipment.
- Comprehensive use of adhesion testing equipment to prevent paint failure.
- Sanding Inspect finished products for quality
- Individual may assist in the paint preparation which involves sanding, washing, and drying product.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist management with inventory, ordering, and receiving of paint

Qualifications & Skills:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- great attendance

- willingness to be trained
- experience working in an industrial painting environment
- fundamental skills relating to Color Management System preferred
