\n Position: Tester/Assemblers \n
\n
\n Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire ($3/hr. increase upon permanent hire) \n

\n Pay & Schedule: \n
\n

  • Pay: $19.00 per hour
    • \n
  • Monday-Friday
    • \n
  • 6:00am-2:30pm
    • \n
\n
\n Location: Mansfield, OH 44902 \n

\n As a Tester you will assemble, solder and test a wide variety of Relays and Contactors. \n

\n Responsibilities as a Tester/Assembler: \n
\n
    \n
  • Recent 6 months to 1 year of recent work experience
    • \n
  • Experience with Testing is a plus, but not required
    • \n
  • Able to read and follow work order instructions
    • \n
  • Able to use measuring and hand tools
    • \n
\n
\n Job Duties as Tester/Assembler: \n
\n
    \n
  • Tested products to make sure they worked properly and met quality and safety standards before leaving the shop.
    • \n
  • Followed blueprints, instructions, and test procedures to find problems, make repairs, and retest equipment.
    • \n
  • Used testing tools, meters, and hand tools to inspect products, troubleshoot issues, and verify quality.
    • \n
  • Performed military-standard soldering and operated specialized testing equipment when needed.
    • \n
  • Worked closely with team members to solve problems, improve testing processes, and train new employees.
    • \n
