Administrative Coordinator Location: Hayward, CA Pay: $25.00–$29.00/hour, depending on experience About the Role: We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our headquarters office. Reporting to the HR Manager/Office Manager, you'll support multiple departments with day-to-day administrative coordination and office operations. This is a great fit for someone who wants a long-term career, not a short-term gig — whether you're a recent graduate with strong administrative instincts or a professional with 2–5 years of stable office experience. What You'll Do: Provide daily administrative support across departments Prepare timesheet and time-off reports for management review Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems Coordinate office supply purchasing and inventory Manage office maintenance, vendor relationships, and service appointments Maintain company vehicle registration and renewal records Prepare onboarding paperwork and maintain personnel files Distribute benefits information and company communications Coordinate meetings, employee events, and other office activities Support administrative projects and process improvements Handle other general office duties as needed What We're Looking For: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field (preferred, not required) Recent graduates with internship or office experience are encouraged to apply 2–5 years of stable administrative/office experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication Discretion when handling confidential information A positive, dependable, and eager-to-learn attitude You'll Thrive Here If You: Want a long-term career, not a temporary role Enjoy a fast-paced office environment Can juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Take initiative and follow through on commitments Work well both independently and with cross-functional teams Have a track record of job stability (2+ years with recent employers is a plus) Have experience in wholesale, distribution, logistics, food & beverage, or a similar setting (a plus, not required) Compensation & Benefits: $25.00–$29.00/hour, depending on qualifications and experience Comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, and 401(k)
