Location: Los Angeles (near 90018)
Schedule: Monday-Friday (4 days onsite 1 remote)
Pay: $60-$70k annually
Key Responsibilities
• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking
• Provide a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication
• Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1-2 years of recruiting, HR, customer service, or administrative experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
Preferred Skills
• Experience with high-volume recruiting or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing or other recruiting tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
***Legal industry experience is a plus***
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
