Hydraulics Mechanic
Pay: $28.00/hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, overtime may be required
Location: Webster, TX
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Hydraulics Mechanic for our trusted client in the maritime industry to start immediately. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair hydraulic systems and components
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic issues using blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Repair and rebuild hydraulic cylinders, including seal replacements
- Operate machinery such as drill presses, lathes, and grinders for part modifications
- Conduct welding and metal fabrication on hydraulic systems
- Review technical drawings and suggest system improvements
- Work onboard towboats, tugboats, and offshore vessels when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hydraulic system fabrication, assembly, and repair
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic components and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to interpret hydraulic schematics effectively
- Hands-on experience with hydraulic cylinder repairs and seal replacements
- Willing to work in non-climate-controlled environments and onboard marine vessels
- Flexibility for odd hours and 24/7 availability as needed
- Must pass pre-employment screenings
