Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Assignment Dates:
- July 31
- August 12–17
- August 26–31
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify prescriptions and medication orders ensuring accuracy
- Review physician orders for appropriateness and clinical accuracy
- Address medication-related inquiries from nursing and medical staff
- Support daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy
- Ensure safe and precise dispensing of medications
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
- Previous experience in inpatient hospital or critical care pharmacy settings
- Strong clinical judgment with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently within a small hospital environment
