Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students, individually or in small groups, to reinforce learning concepts introduced by teachers
- Assist classroom teachers with day-to-day instructional tasks and classroom organization
- Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support students with special needs as required
- Monitor student engagement and behavior, offering appropriate redirection or assistance
- Prepare instructional materials and maintain a structured, supportive learning environment
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and other school staff as needed
