Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with students with a range of disabilities
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet individual student needs
• Prior experience in K-12 educational settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with student abilities and goals
• Provide differentiated instruction, classroom management, and direct support to students with special needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
• Maintain timely, accurate records and complete required documentation
• Participate in meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
