What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Active California clinical license or credential appropriate to the role
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Educationally Related Mental Health Services, including individual and group counseling, to students
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to design and implement strategies supporting student mental health
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive care planning
- Document services and maintain confidential student records in compliance with protocols
- Promote social-emotional learning through targeted interventions and workshops
