Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid California SLP license in good standing
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CF candidates also considered
• Prior experience in school settings is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions as indicated by student requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and school requirements
• Empower students by fostering a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
