Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid California SLP license in good standing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CF candidates also considered
- Prior experience in school settings is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across K-12 grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions as indicated by student requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and school requirements
- Empower students by fostering a positive, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment
