\n Knowledge of IQ batch furnace required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with heat treating processes and equipment, proficiency in Excel and Word, the ability to supervise employees, and the ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.\n

  • Operate and oversee heat treating equipment to harden and temper steel parts
    • \n
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures to maintain product quality
    • \n
  • Monitor operations, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and adjust lineups as needed
    • \n
  • Supervise, train, and support team members, including newer employees
    • \n
  • Conduct testing and inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
    • \n

  • $30+/hour DOE

\n Experience & Skills Required\n

  • Experience with IQ batch furnaces
