Job Title: Quality Control Lab Support Technician I – Biopharma (GMP)

Pay: $21.90 /hr

Job Description:

Join a leading biopharmaceutical company's Quality Control team supporting sample management, lab operations, and shipment logistics in a GMP-regulated environment. This role is a great fit for someone with lab, sample handling, or QC experience who wants hands-on exposure to biopharma manufacturing quality operations.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, verify, and log incoming samples into LIMS
• Support sample processing, aliquoting, and storage for release/stability testing and retains
• Label, organize, and maintain sample storage areas per SOPs
• Coordinate sample transfers to internal and external testing labs
• Manage shipping activities within the QC function
• Review documentation including chain of custody forms, processing logs, and logbooks
• Support deviation and investigation activities as needed
• Participate in Lean Lab / Operational Excellence initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Manufacturing, Material Management, and Corporate QC teams

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree, OR
• Associate's degree + 2 years of QC/biopharma lab experience, OR
• High school diploma + 3 years of QC/biopharma lab experience
• Experience in an FDA-regulated laboratory preferred
• Strong GMP knowledge a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio)
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime — this site operates 7 days/week with extended, overlapping shifts
