Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active state licensure to practice in Washington or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working with children in a school environment preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services to students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff
- Assist in the development of strategies, resources, and recommendations for classroom integration
