Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active state licensure to practice in Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience working with children in a school environment preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services to students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff
• Assist in the development of strategies, resources, and recommendations for classroom integration
