Speech Language Pathologist in Dover, PA

Make a difference in the lives of students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in the Dover, PA area. Take on a fulfilling contract position supporting growth and communication skills for students in both school-aged and early intervention settings.

Openings are available for three onsite SLPs across two focus areas:

Role A: Provide direct support for the North Eastern School District, working onsite at two elementary schools (Conewango and Mt Wolf). This position includes a diverse mix of regular education and autistic support students, managing caseloads of 50-55 across two buildings. Responsibilities will also include some case management tasks and collaboration with school teams. The assignment runs from August 18, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm schedule (35 hours per week).

Role B: Focus on Early Intervention services for children ages 3-5 with special education needs in the New Oxford and Gettysburg area. This year-round, onsite opportunity offers dedicated paperwork time each week and aligns with a family-friendly schedule featuring frequent school breaks. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm (35 hours per week).

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP Certification and Teaching Certification (required with application)
• Experience in school settings (K-12 and/or Early Intervention strongly preferred)
• Case management experience is a plus
• Clinical Fellows will be considered if CF supervision fee is covered by the agency
• SLPAs are not accepted for these roles

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic services in person to students ages 3-21
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and support IEP development
• Maintain documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and staff
