Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in North Carolina
• Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
• Proficiency in fine motor skills assessment and intervention
• Background in OT Home Health and OT Healthcare environments is an asset
• Exposure to teletherapy service delivery models desirable
• Adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing a diverse caseload
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, and functional life skills for student success
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
• Support access to learning opportunities through modifications and assistive technology recommendations
• Provide teletherapy services as appropriate for innovative and flexible student support
