Desired skills and qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience supporting children in a K-12 school setting
• Strong knowledge of best practices for assessment, IEP planning, and therapeutic intervention
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and professionalism in adapting to a school-based workflow
• Familiarity with school district compliance guidelines preferred

What you’ll do:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to identify student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP meetings
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions individually or in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and federal mandates
