School Speech Language Pathologist - Graham, NC

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs considered
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and therapy techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative therapy in both group and one-on-one settings
• Maintain clear documentation of student progress and compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff discussions, and family conferences
