Litigation Associate Attorney
Job Description
Manage litigation matters through all phases, including case strategy and client representation.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda.
Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments.
Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
Manage multiple litigation matters while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership (or anticipated admission).
2-4+ years of litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
