Housekeeper

Housekeeper / Houseman – Resort Environment
Location: Venus, FL
Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Houseman to support daily operations at a luxury resort property. This role plays an important part in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. A strong eye for detail, pride in your work, and a genuine commitment to hospitality are key to being successful in this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up designated areas, ensuring all spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Clean and maintain offices, breakrooms, hallways, restrooms, and select outdoor areas.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces; restock supplies in restrooms and common areas.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned spaces and address cleanliness or maintenance needs promptly.
• Work with management and maintenance teams on special requests and general inquiries.
• Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, private clubs, or luxury resort settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies is helpful.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a range of temperatures, including high heat and cold conditions.
• Comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Clean background
