Job Description
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Shift Differential: $3.50 for shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM
Starting Wage for New Graduates: $36/hour

Key Responsibilities- Provide quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Assist patients in achieving or maintaining optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws and standards.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Assign tasks, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
- Make independent decisions when necessary.
- Deliver nursing care competently and knowledgeably.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
